PRIVATE EVENTS
The Texan is taking reservations for Private Events. The Texan is a great space to host business parties, weddings/receptions, and special events. You can view our rates and space layouts below.
The Texan’s capacity ranges depending on the seating layout between 186 to 411. Use of the facility’s main area, mezzanine, stage, lobby, and restrooms are included in the rental price. Standard banquet chairs, Mezzanine cocktail tables, and barstools are also included. Free parking is available in the lot behind The Texan.

PREMIUM PRICING
Any Saturday plus Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Fourth of July Weekend (weekend immediately prior to Fourth of July if the 4th falls on a weekday), Memorial Day Weekend, Halloween, Halloween Weekend (weekend immediately prior to Halloween if it falls on a weekday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

| Hourly Event (five-hour minimum) | $300 per hour |

FRIDAY & SUNDAY RENTALS
