The Texan is taking reservations for Private Events. The Texan is a great space to host business parties, weddings/receptions, and special events. You can view our rates and space layouts below.

The Texan’s capacity ranges depending on the seating layout between 186 to 411. Use of the facility’s main area, mezzanine, stage, lobby, and restrooms are included in the rental price. Standard banquet chairs, Mezzanine cocktail tables, and barstools are also included. Free parking is available in the lot behind The Texan.

PREMIUM PRICING
Rental Fee (ten-hour maximum occupancy) OR $2,800
Hourly Event (five-hour minimum) $300 per hour
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
Security Fee $40 (per officer, per hour)
Additional Pre-Event Hours $150 advance 
Cleaning Fee $250
FRIDAY & SUNDAY RENTALS
Rental Fee (ten-hour maximum occupancy) OR $2,000
Hourly Event (five-hour minimum) $220 per hour
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
Security Fee $40 (per officer, per hour)
Additional Pre-Event Hours $100 advance 
Cleaning Fee $250
MONDAY – THURSDAY RENTALS
Rental Fee (eight-hour maximum occupancy) OR $1,200
Hourly Event (three-hour minimum) $170 per hour
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
Security Fee $40 (per officer, per hour)
Additional Pre-Event Hours $75 advance 
Cleaning Fee $250
